If this sounds like your home

It isn't that you don't care. It's that the answer is never there when you need it.

You scroll your phone at 3am, looking for what the Sunnah says about a fever

Three answers, two of them contradicting each other, and none of them saying where it comes from.

You keep black seed oil in the cupboard and use it blindly

A spoonful now and then, like a vitamin: no preparation, no dua, no idea if it's even pure.

You read every label twice before you give it to your children

Gelatine, alcohol, enzymes. Choosing between their health and your deen shouldn't be this hard.

You feel the knowledge slipping away with your grandmother's generation

She just knew. You have a folder of saved reels you can never find when it matters.

What changes

Six things the books and the apps on Prophetic medicine never gave you.

1

You stop panicking when someone wakes up unwell

The Tonight Card is on the fridge: what to prepare and what to recite, in one look.

2

You find the right card in under a minute

The index goes by what you feel — sore throat, bloating, can't sleep — not by chapters.

3

You know where every remedy comes from

Collection, number and grade on every card. When a narration is weak, the card says so.

4

You stop buying supplement after supplement

Everything starts from 8 staples: black seed, honey, olive oil, dates, ginger, garlic, lemon and vinegar.

5

You know when it's a job for the doctor

Every card ends with the signs that it's time to stop and get help. No guessing.

6

You recite with confidence, even if you don't read Arabic

Every dua comes in Arabic, with transliteration and an English translation.

Why it never stuck before

The Sunnah never failed you. It just wasn't within reach when you needed it.

The knowledge was written for scholars, in chapters, on shelves. The need arrives as a symptom, in the kitchen, at night. No wonder the book stayed closed and the bottle stayed full.

So every remedy now lives on its own Shifa Card. Five lines and nothing else: what you feel, what to prepare, what to recite, where it comes from and how strong that source is — and when to see a doctor instead.

Sore throat

Sore throat

Symptom

A scratchy or sore throat, without a high temperature.

Prepare

1 to 2 teaspoons of raw honey and a squeeze of lemon in a cup of warm — not hot — water. Sip slowly, up to three times a day.

Recite

Allāhumma Rabban-nās, adhhibil-ba's, ishfihi wa Antash-Shāfī, lā shifā'a illā shifā'uka, shifā'an lā yughādiru saqamā.

O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the harm and heal him — You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing: a healing that leaves no illness behind.

See a doctor if

It lasts more than a week or there's a high temperature. If swallowing or breathing becomes difficult, that's an emergency — call for help, don't wait. No honey for babies under 12 months.

Who put this together

Safiya Rahman, who compiled The Shifa Pantry

Safiya Rahman — a compiler, not a scholar

I'm not a scholar and I'm not a doctor, and the cards say so. I made them because the knowledge my grandmother carried in her head was ending up in screenshots I could never find. Every remedy shows its source and its grade, and every card tells you when to stop and see a doctor.

The Tonight Guarantee — 30 days

If it doesn't help you act within a minute, you don't pay.

Use the Tonight Card the next time someone at home feels unwell. If you still don't know what to prepare and what to recite within a minute, email us and we'll refund you in full. Keep the files.

We guarantee the one thing we promise: that you'll know what to do. Healing is from Allah alone; your doctor is one of the means. We are not.

Questions

What you might want to know before you buy.

Is this just a recipe book?

No. Every card has five lines: what to prepare, what to recite, where it comes from, how strong that source is, and when to see a doctor instead. The preparation is one line out of five.

Are the hadiths authentic?

Every card shows the collection, the number and the grade: sahih, hasan or weak. When a narration is weak, the card says so. You can check every one yourself.

Is it safe if I'm taking medication?

The ingredients are everyday foods, but some of them interact with medicines — black seed with blood thinners or diabetes medication, for example. That's why every card ends with “See a doctor if…”, and why the Doctor-Ready Sheet comes with your order: take it to your doctor before you start. This is not a replacement for medical care.

How is this different from free videos or Ibn al-Qayyim's book?

The classical books are the source, and we cite them. The difference is the format: one card per symptom, found in seconds, made from 8 ingredients you already have. Free videos give you a remedy; they rarely give you the dua, the reference and the grade on the same page.

When do I get it?

Straight after payment. It's a digital download: nothing is shipped, so there's no two-week wait. You can print the Tonight Card the same evening.

Is it a subscription? Does it work on my phone?

One payment, lifetime access. The cards come as a printable PDF and as a version for reading on your phone in the kitchen.

I've never studied Prophetic medicine. Is this for me?

It was made for exactly that. Start with the Tonight Card and the 7-Day Sunnah Start: one card a day. You don't need to read Arabic — every dua comes with transliteration and an English translation.

Will it cure my condition?

All healing is from Allah. These are the means the Sunnah describes, for everyday complaints, alongside your doctor — never instead of one. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or cures any disease.
